Beet (Beta vulgaris) Root 200 mg

Cascara Sagrada (Frangula purshiana) Bark 150 mg

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) Root 150 mg

Uva-ursi (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) Leaf 150 mg

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate (1:1), hydrogenated vegetable (cottonseed) oil type I, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica

Recommended Adult Dose: Take one tablet three times daily away from meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Notice: Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain or diarrhea. Consult a health care provider prior to use if you pregnant or nursing a baby. Discontinue use in the event of diarrhea or watery stools. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for long-term use.
