How To Improve Mail Delivery

Emails we send:

  • When you create an account or place an order, our site will send you an email to confirm the action.  We will also send you email updates about your order.  
  • If you forget your password we will also send you an email with a new password.

Sometimes these emails do not arrive in your INBOX. So where are they?  In most cases, they are likely to be in your Junk or SPAM folder.  So how do you prevent that?

Safe Removal from JUNK/SPAM

If you already see an email from acuatlanta.net in your Junk or SPAM, click on it and mark as it NOT SPAM.  This tells your email provider it is not SPAM and from then on, all emails from us go into your INBOX.

Preventing Junk/SPAM

If they still don't arrive in your INBOX then you can take a number of steps depending on your email provider:

  • One simple step is to add our cs@acuatlanta.net email address to your contacts/address book.
  • The more complex method is to add a "rule" to force delivery to your INBOX.
