Each Serving Size (2 softgels) contains: 10 Calories, 1 g Total Fat, 1220 mg Fish Oil Concentrate (from Anchovy and Sardine), 400 mg DHA, 30 mg DPA, 500 mg EPA. Other Ingredients: Gelatin, water, glycerine, rosemary, and astaxanthin.

Suggested Use: Two softgels per day, or as directed. Store in a cool, dark place.
