Gin Yam Serving Size
To enhance energy and stamina, take 3 to 4 pellets with breakfast and 3 to 4 pellets with lunch or mid-afternoon.
Alternate dosing method: 1 pellet every one-and-a-half to two hours, do not exceed 8 pellets daily.
For menopausal night sweats, take 5 pellets at bed-time and 3 pellets upon rising in the morning.
