IonicMag 500 contains 500 mg per serving of liquid ionic magnesium harvested from WESTERN NORTH AMERICA'S GREAT SALT LAKE. This concentrated liquid form of magnesium is highly bioavailable and can be easily titrated based on taste and dietary requirements

Recommended Use:

• Mix 5 mL (approx. 1 teaspoon) with 16 ounces of water per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Can increase or decrease the amount of water for desired concentration and taste.
• Note: Crystallization may occur due to the high concentration level.
