Description
This prescription relieves acute pain in the Middle Burner caused by a buildup of Qi and Blood stasis. In some cases the pattern can lead to peptic ulcers, especially when aggravated by emotional distress. In less severe cases, acidity, pain, belching, bloating, heartburn and/or acid regurgitation are the key symptoms. Stomach Relief is a "branch" formula designed to treat immediate symptoms. It is recommended that other herbal prescriptions, such as Prosperous Farmer or Relaxed Wanderer, along with diet, stress-relieving meditation, exercise or counselling be employed to address the root of the condition.
