Recommended Use

Dissolve 1 tsp/5 g of OMNi-LOGiC PLUS in approximately 4 oz of still, room temperature water, stir and then drink the mixture. There is no need to wait for activation of the prebiotic powder in the water.

Tip: Start with 1/2 tsp daily and increase by another 1/2 tsp every 3 days. The probiotic bacteria that you want to serve need time to multiply first. Dissolve the prebiotic in enough fluid to ensure easy and safe ingestion, because the product can gelatinize.
