This product features 10 mg of bioavailable lutein, a critical pigment that accumulates in the retina of the eye. Lutein's function in the eye is to protect against the damaging effects of free radicals produced by sunlight. Ocu Support also includes a full complement of essential nutrients known to support overall eye health and function, such as beta-carotene, zinc, taurine, and zeaxanthin.

Suggested Usage:

Take 3 capsules daily with food, preferably in divided doses, or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
