Macular Support Formula provides proanthocyanidins, amino acids, vitamin C and carotenoids to support against free radical damage in retinal tissue. This formula provides N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) and reduced glutathione, supporting normal glutathione concentrations that support normal lens function. Macular Support Formula also provides bilberry extract, providing anthocyanidins shown to support light to dark adjustments in the eye, and grape seed extract, also providing anthocyanidins for normal antioxidant potential in the retina. This formula provides lutein and zeaxanthin, the only two carotenoids found in the macula. They support normal integrity and density of the macular pigment and supports normal optical lens function. This formula also provides Vitamin C, which provides additional antioxidant support.

Take 2 capsules daily, in divided doses, with meals.

Ingredients: Vitamin A (as beta carotene) 25,000 i.u., Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 800 mg, n-acetyl-l-cysteine (free-form) 250 mg, Setria glutathione (reduced) 50 mg, bilberry (vaccinium myrtillus) extract (fruit) 80 mg (standardized to contain 25% anthocyanosides), grape (vitis vinifera) extract (seed) 50 mg (standardized to 92% polyphenols), lutein 10 mg, zeaxanthin 2 mg mixed carotenoids (as lycopene, lutein and zeaxanthin) 1,445 mcg.

Other ingredients: ascorbyl palmitate, vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water).
