This formula also provides Metafolin L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), the naturally occurring, metabolized form of folate. Folate supports normal DNA synthesis and repair. This formula includes alpha lipoic acid and a blend of CoQ10 and sustained release water-soluble nanosized MicroActive Q10-cyclodextrin complex, which provides antioxidant support. O.N.E. Multivitamin also provides choline and inositol, which supports normal cognitive function. This formula provides 2,000 i.u. vitamin D and 500 mcg lycopene to support normal cellular function, and provides 3 mg lutein and 500 mcg zeaxanthin to support normal macular and retinal function.
