Vital Nutrients Minimal and Essential is a full-spectrum one or two a day multi-vitamin and mineral formula that supports the minimum daily requirements of vitamins and some important minerals.

This formulation contains a potent antioxidant complex including Vitamins A, C, E and the mineral selenium.

It contains B-Complex vitamins, which are used in the metabolism of protein and fats, and maintenance of muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract.

B-Complex also supports normal nerve cells and homocysteine levels that are already in the normal range.
