Prolamine Iodine supports healthy iodine levels and provides healthy thyroid support.
The prolamine iodine (zein) ingredient in Prolamine Iodine is manufactured as a Lugol's solution of 2:1, potassium iodide (KI) : iodine (I2). This yields a form (KI3) that creates stable bonds with starch and protein from organic corn meal that is grown at the Standard Process certified organic farm.
Each Serving Size (1 tablet) contains: 30 mg Calcium, 600 mcg Iodine. Ingredients: Calcium lactate, magnesium citrate, cellulose, prolamine iodine (zein), and calcium stearate.
Suggested Use: One tablet per day, or as directed.
Caution: This product is processed in a facility that manufactures other products containing soy, milk, egg, wheat, peanut, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. Individuals sensitive to iodine should not consume this product. High dose iodine products should only be used under the direct supervision of a health care professional. Keep out of reach of children.
