Serving Size

The recommended serving size of MegaSporeBiotic is 1 capsule every other day with food. Take this amount for a week, and then increase to 1 capsule every day. Finally, at week 3 you should be taking 2 capsules a day. The goal is to slowly increase your intake to 2 capsules daily.

Notes:
